The only issue I have is the cost for travel and fuel they came from hermitage and the charge for the movers was what I was told but the other charge for transportation to the address and back was way to high I did transportation for a living and those charges were high for the distance covered.

BRITTANY
The packing process went well. It was the drive to the new location and the unloading of the truck that went poorly. Broken lamps, scratched hardwood floors, a chunk of drywall and paint off a stairwell wall, putting together a bed improperly because Of haste to finish the job, leaving items at the old location. It was all very disappointing. Then they called back to say they calculated hours wrong and had to charge us more than what was on the sheet we signed. They asked for food and lunch to be provided. Then I had to repeatedly reach out to the damage claims adjuster to ask for resolution on the damaged floor and walls and broken item. Not the service we expected or paid for.
JOE
Although damage was done to my wood floor with a scratch, the claims team was prompt in responding back to me. The driver, Mr. Kameron was probably the most courteous and professional mover I have ever met, and believe me, Ive moved a lot. His partner, Mr. Deontae was very pleasant and fun to talk with. Those two guys need a raise! They were amazing!
TERI
I had a great experience. Our movers were on time and worked at a quick pace. Everything was wrapped and packed carefully to ensure there was no damage. They answered any questions we had and were very professional. The office staff was very helpful leading up to the move and called to check on progress during the loading process. I would happily refer Two Men and a Truck to anyone planning a move and will use them again in the future.

KARL
Burt and Christian were the movers that helped relocate me from Nashville, TN to Denver, CO a few weeks ago. I couldn't be happier with their customer service, professionalism, and flexibility to accommodate me with my tight move in dates. They paid extreme attention to detail with packing all of my stuff and wrapping gently. They gave me updates of their progress during the drive to Colorado, and they were a huge help with the un-packing process.
Would definitely recommend Two Men and a truck, but especially Burt and Christian to anyone moving!!

I cannot say enough how WONDERFUL Patrick and Cameron were. They were on time, super hard workers, and had the best attitudes. Their positive attitudes and quick thinking made this move a breeze. Seriously.. they are amazing!! Super professional, yet easy going. Very happy to have them!

RUTHIE
Brian and Frankie did an excellent job. My appointment was at 1:00 and I had feared they would get tied up at their previous job; but no, they were right on time. They may have even been a few minutes early. They did a great job moving my furniture and took great care at making sure it did not get damaged and was placed where I wanted it. I would strongly recommend them and defiantly use them again. Although they bot did a good job Brian was more personable and you could tell he loved his job!

The only complaint I have is that they really needed a bigger truck. It was a bit of a squeeze to get my stuff on there. But, the movers themselves were great, no complaints.
