Great experience in general. Was a little annoyed by how high the Service Fee was for such a short job, but it is what it is. Only hiccup was I got an initial quote, and decided it was too much money so I moved some of the stuff myself. Called to fix this, and the office guy #2 didn't understand, he kept saying a 10x20 may not fit in our truck and the job may run long. To which I told him there were only 5 large items left in there but it didn't sink in. Regardless, the move team was William Love, K.B. and Charles B. Each of them was very friendly and polite. Showed up on time, handled my items with care, incredibly efficient and professional. They did a better job not hitting my new walls with my washer/dryer than I did with boxes! Would highly recommend all 3 and the company.

Movers were absolutely great. Friendly and polite. It was extremely hot that day and the movers really just gave it their all. They were fast and very careful with my antique furniture going up and down stairs. I couldn't ask for a better moving team.

The only problem we had was the day we were supposed to move we drove an hour in to town to find out they were to early and had enter the wrong phone number so we had to reschedule the move and had to pay an extra month on the storage unit we were renting.

The three guys who helped us move the other day were spectacular! The whole experience with Two Men and a Truck was really great and everyone I worked with couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who is moving.

Showed up and needed a second truck. Didn’t have one available so they just left me having to figure it out on my own. The move ended up costing twice as much as expected. I will never recommend or hire them again. Made moving day more stressful.

My movers were not strong and displayed little regard for my belongings. They dropped my couch which is only a year old on a concrete wall and damaged it. They knocked over a cabinet. They used handtrucks for light weight boxes and bumped the boxes up every single step.
Additionally, the office staff has not contacted me with an update regarding my damage report. I sent pictures but haven’t heard anything back.
