I was very pleased with their work except for one thing (they put the mirror to my dresser bottom side up ) I did not notice it until after they had gone. I called your office the next day to have them come out and fix it. I have not seen them yet. I am 84 years old and do not have anyone to do small things for me. If I had not found the mirror bottom side up they would have gotten an excellent all the way through this review of their work. I do apologize for having to call about the mirror. The three movers that helped us, Calvin, Makensey, and Tyler, were unbelieveable. They worked harder that I could have ever hoped for, were extremely careful with all of our belongings while moving quickly, were extremely friendly and informative, and were as professional as can be. This crew is phenomenal!

Gabe & Calvin were fantastic to work with. They were friendly, professional, efficient, and hard working. being 8 months pregnant I couldn't help with moving and i was concerned about paying by the hour since so much of an experience can be impacted by a lazy or a smoking team that require extra breaks etc. these two guys pleasantly surprised me and made me comfortable with the hourly rate.

The whole crew was extremely friendly and hard working. It was hot, but they pushed through and really went above and beyond. They are some of the most accommodating and hardest working guys in the biz. Really a pleasure to talk to them and have them work with us. Next time I move, I'll request the same crew. Give them all raises!

The guys who came to my house had not been trained on anything dealing with moving. They didn't wrap anything other than a few pics in shrink wrap and stacked wood objects on top of wood objects. They worked hard and had a good attitude but their overall lack of training on everything dealing with my move made me have to reconsider what had always been stellar experiences with the Two Men and a Truck team from Birmingham, AL. The Nashville team was very lacking. Thankfully a member of management came out to my move with a second truck, the first truck because it was improperly packed wouldn't hold my stuff, and he took charge and got things finished and helped with the unloading also.

Horrible experience. I have made the company aware of what happened on my moving day. I hope my issues get settled with integrity. The movers did not take proper care of my items. They were untrained and not professional.

I would like to speak with someone in management at your Nashville, TN location. Our move took way longer than it should have due to an extremely slow pace of work. The move was going so slow that after lunch, my 17 year old son and I decided to help with moving everything because it was taking entirely too long to move less that 2,000 SF of personal belongings. Our crew of three included one guy who it was his last day, another had already put his two weeks notice in, and the third guy, it was his first day on the job. I hired Two Men and a Truck because of an endorsement from a friend, but I can't endorse them at all at this point. I really hope that Management will make my problmes right.
