The movers told me the truck was full but it should not have been, it was just packed innapropriately. I had gotten an x-large storage unit for my belongings because I was going to have to use the last 1/4 of the area as a closet. The movers were even saying that it was a huge storage for what I had and I explained to them about using it as a closet; they said "no problem" As more furniture and boxes came off the truck, the storage was getting crammed full because they had only stacked two boxes deep in the back. I am unable to get to anythingand the front half of the storage is full as I had to go back and get 1large pickup truck full and 4 car loads of stuff they left because they said they were running out of time and there was no room left on n the truck.

Adam and Terrence were AMAZING. They moved all my stuff quickly and professionally. They were thoughtful about where things should go so I could easily unpack (boxes were all in the right rooms etc.) Definitely the best moving experience I have ever had.

I thought the crew was on time and didn’t waste time moving things. Very helpful in setting up furniture. Also very good at
maneuvering their truck at my house and at the apartment.

The movers were courteous and efficient. They did not kill time or try to pad the clock.

The movers were on time, very nice, efficient, and careful. They did a great job and we're a pleasure to work with. The office staff was efficient and pleasant, and called during the move to check how it was going. Will use again absolutely.

Everyone I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. Miles and Kevin were my moving team, and they were incredible. They helped me stay calm, find solutions for problems I was concerned about (moving logistics, furniture placement, etc), and they worked so hard with a smile on their face the whole time. They were patient with me, and they moved quickly and were very very good at maximizing their time. We had a freight elevator that was too small for my couch, and they carried it up 6 floors- without one complaint or sign of frustration. They were just happy to help. They looked very nice and were very polished- even moving me in on a hot day, with no breeze, with heavy furniture and a small elevator. I can't speak highly enough of their work ethic, attitude, and efficacy.

This was a tricky job, and your crew did a great job remaining flexible. My main concern was the office seemed to have minimized what the move entailed. I had described the 3 units we were moving and their floor area. What the crew was told was we were moving 1/3 of a 10x20 unit. It took a bit of billiable time and multiple phone calls for some reason not explained to me. The other issue is out of anyone's control, but the truck became stuck in traffic causing a 45 minute delay. I resent having to pay all of that. I drove my car directly across Wedgewood and avoided traffic. The truck driver had to go down Church St to the interstate during rush hour?

Our movers Adam and LaJuan helped us move our home from Franklin to East Nashville. We don’t have family in town to help us, so they were excellent to work with.

Jack Prine and Calvin Brewer were my movers. They were prompt, efficient and cheerful. Despite the very hot temperatures and having moved others before me on the day of the move, all of these nice qualities came through. Thanks to Jack and Calvin.
