From my first inquiring phone conversation I knew this was the Moving Company for me.
Then I met Jason, the lead man on the truck and he was clearly a responsible person. Explained the paper work, and took great care of my furniture. He did everything, just as he said he would DO!

There was a company mix-up on the original date my items were scheduled to be moved, and they had to reschedule me, but on the day of the actual move, the movers could not have been kinder, more courteous, more considerate, or more accommodating! I was really, really pleased with the service I received from the movers!!

The main driver on the move complained constantly the 1-1/2 hours that he worked, including telling me my move was the worst he had experienced during his time moving people. He and the 2 new guys stood around talking for half an hour at my new address. The 2 new guys took the legs off my table and left them off because the screws were left at the old apartment rather than placing them in the drawer of the china cabinet. What should have been a 4 to 4-1/2 hour move turned into 7 hours, and I had to pay for it. I was somewhat disappointed except the second man from the first truck continued working with a smile on his face.
I have to find instructions on how to assemble the table so it will be on its legs. And I paid for this....
