The movers that came and moved my furniture did not do a good job at all. They damaged my furniture. My furniture is practically brand new and yet they put a lot of big marks on furniture and a whole lot of scrapes. For me, this is totally unacceptable. My furniture is very expensive and I felt like if they had really destroyed it. My furniture may not be important to them but it is important to me. I still owe a lot on your furniture and yet I have to pay for furniture now that is damaged. There is no excuse 4 what happened. This was a was and is a very big issue to me. It upset me very much to the point where I cannot sleep I cannot even go to work thinking about this furniture and how it was destroyed because they did not take care of my things.

the only complaint I have is that a wall was marked up by furniture.

The movers accidently scratched a small desk which was recently refinished. The movers called Mr. Jones, (whoever that is) and he proceeded to yell at me on the phone and stated that the scratch was old, despite me having a photo of the desk time stamped from the day before clearly showing no scratch. I wasn't upset that it was scratched, they didn't intend to damage it. But, I was upset the manager REFUSED to have it repaired. Therefore, I REFUSED to pay for the services that day. I indicated that I was happy to pay for the moving services that day, in exchange for a written guarantee the damage would be repaired. Mr. Jones emphatically stated they will not be repairing the damage. So, I will have the desk repaired myself, deduct it from what I owe, and mail a check for the balance.

The move was terrible. The packers did a terrible, sloppy job of packing. They didn't pack half of my belongings but said "they can load it on the truck just like that." However, when the movers came they said the things should have been packed. They also just threw stuff in big boxes rather than wrapping more fragile items and carefully stacking them in small boxes. Also, the packers told me "we don't transport lamp shades" so I took them all off and set them aside. However the movers threw them on the truck (without my knowledge) and several of them got crushed. When my stuff was unloaded, they simply dumped it in piles and didn't take care to organize it at all. Worst moving experience ever. I'll never recommend your company.

I am disappointed in the manner in which my belongings were handled, which resulted in multiple breakages. The movers were extremely courteous but obviously had not been properly trained regarding how to move furnishings.

My overall experience with Two Men and a Truck was a very positive and pleasant experience. The men were extremely quick, professional, and friendly. The price was very reasonable. Although I did end up with some very minor damage to the edge of a glass table and the bottom of my dresser, I am the only person, who can see notice the damage. I am very happy with their services and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move.

The office staff was great and the moving guys were super nice.
It took a little longer than I would’ve anticipated and I’m sure it was an accident, but they broke the glass storm door on the house I’m renting.
Other than that, everything was awesome.

Only issue i have is i am missing my rugs that we're on the truck but now i cannot locate them. Any help in relocating would be greatly appreciated.

You did not handle my belongs with care but had me to sign off on several occasions during move to eliminate your obligation. I moved to new house scratched floors,walls,washer and dryer and cracked big screen TV. Customer service wouldn’t believe anything I said about what happened as though I was Lying but not the workers. Such snap judgments. I only wanted my furnishings moved not broken and my new home respected. Neither of these happened. As a customer I relied upon your experience and paid $2000 dollars for damages. And customer service acted as though the movers didn’t do anything as though they could do no wrong. Extremely disappointed with service and your company’s attitude over this matter. I only wanted my belongs to be respected. Just like anyone else I deserve to be respected

Two men and a truck were amazing! They made sure I was ready for the move. When the move came, I was nervous, but the moving team was on time, professional, respectful, worked hard to ensure that everything went well. None of my furniture was damaged and I saw the movers taking care of my things to the highest care. I would 100% use two men and a truck again.
