I was completely satisfied with my move by Two Men and a Truck. I was impressed by the follow-up by Tony both the day of the move and afterward. I also want to compliment my movers, Farron and DeAndre. Both men presented themselves extremely well. They were polite, professional and personable. They had a can-do attitude about their work and make it easy for me to move to the side and not worry about my furniture being moved by them. They informed me on what steps they were taking throughout the whole process. I liked both individuals. I do want to add that Farron is a star and would be an employee who I would select for a greater role if he worked for me. In closing, Two Men and a Truck exceeded my expectations. Mark

Your company was suggested to me by a trusted friend. They were professional, courteous, careful with my furniture, and friendly. These men ask what needed to be done and in a timely manner took care of business. No fooling around. Respectful at all times and made sure my needs were met. These things are important to a 73 year old man with physical issues. The two men you sent to me are a credit to your company and I will gladly send potential customers to your company. Thanks again. Woefully underestimated the truck space and time needed. It took longer to unload than load, which is never the norm. The total cost was 50% more than actual quote.

I think that they were too slow and time doubled. My total cost was more than expected.

The fabulous customer service started at the very beginning. I was nervous during my pick up window when I hadn't heard from anyone. I noticed that my phone # had been taken down incorrectly. I called and the move manager Ken got everything squared away and gave me his personal cell # incase I needed it. They sent the original team to another job and grabbed another team. I am sure those guys were ready to go, but they were so friendly and had the best camaraderie between them. They were still great even when they got to my house and learned that the driveway was too steep for them to back the truck in the driveway and some of the stuff needed to go upstairs. These guys were great!

We had 3 young men who did a great job. Very polite. Took good care of furniture. Worked fast.
