The initial contact to set up appointment was quick and informative. The movers were late and I didnandacirc;??t get a call either confirming the appointment or to let me know they were running late. The movers were great, very professional and courteous, however, my refrigerator was damaged. When I called to report damage it said VM was full. Eventually someone reached out and I sent over photos but that was 3 days ago and I have not gotten a reply. Overall, communication has been lacking, both before the move and in regards to the damage. Everyone who I have spoken with has been great, itandacirc;??s just been difficult to get someone on the phone or to follow up.

Reason for hiring your company was quite simply.. Ed.. even though I had spoken to your competitors with better pricing.. Ed explained all cost including possible hidden cost and extras.. and was believable on the phone.. extremely knowledgeable about product and services.. staff who actually moved contents of both moves were courteous and careful with all items.. I felt they performed their duties over and above what I actually expected.. they were very flattering about company they represented.. so much so I reqested them for second part of move on thefollowing day.. ALL of your staff were five star.. and.. I would use Two Men and a Truck again if the need were to arise.. and request same staff members that performed my double move.. they were that good.. Jerry

The two men who helped me where absolutely amazing. Very nice and respectful and made sure my property was taken well care of. I called at 11am that morning and they had two guys to my residence by 2pm and finished the job very quick. Should I have to move again, two men and a truck are my 1st choice.

There was a scheduling issue that a manager needed to step in to resolve, and a piece of a bed was forgotten on the truck the day of the move. Had to reach out in order to get it retrieved. But it was returned promptly, and overall services were very good.

I let the movers use my tool and didn't get it back and my pillow from my sectional sofa is missing I called to informed the person that handle the schedule to check with the movers about my tool and pillow and no responds.

I have sent a detailed email to eric.fountain describing our ordeal. We were not pleased and do not plan on using the service again. It has been a week since my email to Mr. Fountain and he has yet to even reply to our concerns. One thing I failed to include in the email: after the 'move' was complete, the truck sat outside of our house for another 45 minutes. I can only assume that this was to 'milk' the clock a little more. I rarely ever complain, but this service was poor at best. Greg.

Well, the way they make shows is, they make one show. That show's called a pilot. Then they show that show to the people who make shows, and on the strength of that one show they decide if they're going to make more shows.
