One member of your staff failed to listen to our requests. They are programmed to do residential and do not know how to listen and understand needs.

I was in a situation where I left my husband and needed to return to get items for me and our son. I had a police officer on the scene just in case trouble may arise. Luckily, my husband was not there and never showed up. The crew of movers sent to my home went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend them for anyone that needs them. My experience with Two Men And A Truck went well. Even though my movers came late due to their first job taking a bit longer then expected. The guys got us done very quickly and efficiently, as to not make our charges more since you pay by the hour. They listen to directions very well. The price was very reasonable. If I ever move again I'll definitely be using Two Men And A Truck.
