I moved from Sweetwater, Tn to Dothan, Al and my movers , Grant and Shawn were very professional, courteous and respectful. It was 2 very hot days and they worked very hard and never complained of the heat or the long drive thru several thunderstorms. I would definitely use your company again especially if I can get 2 movers like those 2 young men. They made my move a very pleasant experience and I thank them for that. The only thing I did not get was an e-mail to begin with explaining everything up front, but that was not their fault.

I was very disappointed with my experience in with TM&AT in Knoxville. The moving team was not in appropriate apparel (one was wearing sandals), and they dropped multiple boxes and items causing irreversible damage.

We had problems at the beginning as the start time was delayed for four hours because of mechanical problems. The moving team was great except that one cabinet that was moved was damaged, a piece of our copier was removed (for safety and preservation) but was not placed in the copier or brought along with the move. I had to return to the place of origin to retrieve the piece so the copier would work. Other than that, the move went quickly and smoothly and we are very happy....
Benson
The movers are very nice and very careful with the items. However, the estimate was for 6-8 hours to move a 3 br bi-level apt w/ basement and garage but the move took about 15 hours!!! (9:30 to 12:30 midnight) Ended up paying double the quoted amount. This is despite itemized description of the items during the quote process. I might never use the service again because of this.
