The best thing about our moving experience was your repair team, Emad with C&S Refinishing did an amazing job on the repairs. The office staff was professional, but the movers themselves were very disappointing. They were not forthcoming about damage, one person was trying to get us to give him our TV, and he also joked around about suing us. They voided the warranty on a $7,000 mattress by staining it AFTER they told me to remove the protective cover because I was worried about them staining it. We gave these guys an excellent tip, and it was very concerning to find all the damage after they left. They didn’t bring a single thing to our attention. There were 3 movers present, 2 of which were good, only one was inappropriate. I do not know which one caused the damage.

Two men & a Truck is a good name for this business because all it is was literally two men & a truck! I have never experienced such a disaster in my life. Unprepared, did not send quoted help, employees did not have equipment needed. Office help was a joke! Furniture damaged. I was supposed to hear from the owner the day after my move and that has been 5 days now.................extremely disappointed is an understatement.

I cannot say enough about Two Men and a Truck. My only regret is that I did not use this company earlier. Every interaction I had with the employees, from the person who gave me the quote to the two men who transported my belongings, was pleasant. I'm very grateful to Taylor and Julio from Knoxville, TN - they were extremely courteous, punctual, and careful, and made moving as unstressful as possible. In the past, a moving company I used lost some of my items, and I ended up with someone else's. This is because the large moving vans often move several homes in one van. This would not happen with Two Men and a Truck - the people who pack the truck are there to unload it. The best part was, the amount I owed was less than what they quoted! Thanks for making the move a good experience!

The Time coordination was poor and the communication of being late was poor. Afternoon does not mean 10:30 at night. Im certain the guys did everything they could to expedite the move, but, it appears that the Company should staff better to improve efficiency.

Our son used your company for his last move and was very pleased and we went on his experience to use Two Men and a Truck. The movers, Michael and Payne, arrived on time, worked very hard and were most eager to please. The move went very smooth and we would highly recommend your company to anyone needing to move.
