I was unsure what to expect, but the movers were nice, polite and kept me informed when they would arrive and the status as they were working. I couldn’t have been more pleased and I’m glad I called them.

The GM was polite when I called half way through my move to discuss the team moving my furniture.
The team moving my furniture, it was a team of three. One of the three was on light duty but I did not find that out until 4 hours in. Of the other two, the new gentleman (to that team) was extremely polite and professional; however, the other person worked extremely slowly. Every time I saw him, he was on his phone and standing around. Every few minutes he was taking a break and standing around. Additionally, his body odor was so strong it was uncomfortable to be in the same room with him.
The GM, as I said before, was extremely polite and apologetic. He discounted one hour price from our move to compensate for the pace the team worked.
Unfortunately, multiple items arrived dirty

The Movers didn't use Teflon Tape when installing my Washer hose connection. I had a water leak during my first wash.

Movers did great. A small lamp got broken but the room was cluttered and bed was being removed from a difficult place therefore I did not blame them. By the way, they left one of the pads here. Please call to arrange pick up. Thanks.

Needed office furniture picked up quickly and brought to our home. They were able to do the job and even assisted with a piano relocation while at our home. Very pleased with service!
