I was Amazed by the professionalism with the three men! One was still in training and he was treated so kindly with all positive words of advice to help each other get the job done. The three men worked so well together as a TEAM and were courtious and kind to me and my possessions! I will definitely recommend your business to others and use in the future if needed again. I could not have wished for my move to go any smoother! May you continue Blessing others with your business!

The three gentlemen that moved my player piano had to use enginuity, grit and determination to move it over soft ground into the house. They used teamwork and met the challenge with a great attitude. Kudos to them.

Office staff courteous, thoroughly explained services and accurately estimated costs, answered all questions promptly. Movers were friendly, professional, arrived on time and completed the job quickly. They took great care of my furnishings and placed them exactly as I described. I didn't need to keep repeating myself. In chatting with them, I learned more about their moving services. Good to know!

The truck we were using was needed in the Christmas parade. Finishing our move was delayed until the next day. I was led to believe both Friday and Saturday that we would receive some kind of compensation for the inconvenience, since the movers were not able to complete the job on Friday. I did not receive any discount or compensation. I was disappointed that nothing was done when it came to my final payment.

Movers left bed hardware and their tools at the old residence so they couldn't put my bed tgthr at the new house. Then they wanted me to wait on their schedule to go get the parts and tools to assemble the bed. Finally spoke to the general manager and he told me that "the world wouldn't come crashing down if I didn't have a bed for a night or two." I had to get the hardware and assemble my bed and move my mattress myself. I just had back surgery a month ago which was the reason I didn't do the move myself. Very very very poor customer service and absolutely zero care and respect for their customers.
