The team was customer centric. Meaning, they worked effectively, carefully and with the understanding to safe the customer money. They completed moving a player piano from one location to another in under an hour. this included delivering it to a location with 7 stairs to negotiate! The movers were awesome! We must have slipped on some communication with them as far as where we put the parts to put the cribs/toddler bed together, which after all that we decided that our little girl needed a bigger bed! One of the movers had an unfortunate event happen and they were more than willing to complete the bed set up but under the circumstances we told them to go ahead and go be with their family. After they left, we noticed that one of the movers left their tool box with us, we called several times and let them know but they never came back to get it. I still have it and will return it back to them. Thank you!

I stage houses to sell and have used many companies for quick, short distance moves. I have never been so impressed with someone as I was with Patrick. I explained that I needed to get this move completed in a small block of time and he really hustled to make that happen. I'll be using them again and I'll be requesting Patrick.

My first impression was working with Cassandra. I was booking last minute and she went over and above to make sure I was booked and had the information I needed. Aaron and Mike were my movers. I can't say enough good things. They were friendly and courteous. They communicated when they would be arriving and were right on schedule. They moved everything carefully, but quickly coming in at the low end of the estimate. I appreciated their help so much.
