The movers were great. They were professional yet personable. They made me feel comfortable through the entire process. i would recommend your company and those specific movers without hesitation. The only item damaged was a pane of glass in my china cabinet which i am trying to find someone to fix but it was wrapped in a moving blanket and shrinkwrapped.

The gentlemen were nice and courteous. One had on flip flops that seemed inappropriate and dangerous to wear while moving furniture. They slightly damaged my piano, removing it, but all other furniture was not damaged. Unfortunately, several pieces, including our piano, was scared by the straps they used to secure it in the truck. There were large gouges in the piano and strap marks on other pieces. No blankets placed on our furniture before stapping them down in the truck. Had they done so, maybe some of the damage could have been avoided. I contacted your office about the damage and advised someone would call me about seeing the damage. I have received no further contact from your company. It's been two weeks.

We moved from a 5,000 sf house to a 6,000 sf one. The movers showed up on Wed around 10:30 am and left our new house at 1:00 am Thurs morning. The movers started too late for a move of this size. At the end of the move, there was some damaged items. The owner of the franchise (I believe his name was Jason) wanted to unpack and take our master bedroom dresser back with the movers and it would take 7-10 days to repair. I told him this was unacceptable and to have the furniture repair co. come out and repair the pieces of furniture on site or at least access the damage. The conversation then escalated and his attitude changed and got short with me. It has been 1 week and no sign of a furniture repair company or a phone call for an appointment. I hope this gets resolved soon.

I had used Two Men and a Truck 2 previous times and was very pleased. This time there was an underlying tension between the 2 men, one calling the other "weak" and stating he would not bring him along on the next job. I had an armoire that had a damaged "foot", but that had been carefully moved 3 other times. The one driver, instead of babying it, tried to fix it, but made it worse. He tried to drag it into place and completely broke the foot into pieces. Since it had been damaged before
(Yet still useable), I didn't report it. Though they never took any breaks, these two didn't hustle they way your other movers had. They didn't work together as a team. I was disappointed in the experience this time.

Moving process went well until I lifted a box that advertised it's contents as a radio. The box is now empty and the radio is gone. Has my son's name engraved on it. It is a special radio as it is see through, all clear plastic. That makes me wonder what else might be missing.

I have personally used Two Men and a Truck at least 5 times. This has been a horrible
moving experience. They took all of 5 hours to move me 15 minutes away. I barely have 2 bedrooms worth of stuff and these same items have been moved multiple times an even further distance in less time. They talked during the entire move to me and each other. I knew too much personal information about them, including divorce, kids, etc. Plastic wrapped was left on the floor and my furniture. Shelves were not placed back in. Also, I went back to my rental to a leaking ceiling because they did not cap off the water from the washing machine. There was significant water damage to my apartment and personal items. I have called and complained twice with promises to return my call ASAP and haven’t hear back.

I was dissapointed with the way some of my furniture was treated and scuffed up a bit. I also was unhappy that I was charged per hour and the drivers got lost and spent 30 minutes at the wrong house, this cost me $75 for their mistake.
