The guys were great and a pleasure to spend the day with (Franklin, Adam and Dom). I gave all of them and the office staff an andquot;excellent.andquot; The only reason I did not give the whole experience an excellent rating is because a shelving unit was broken in transit. Also, I noticed my dining table was turned on its side in storage on a concrete floor with no pad underneath it. So, I am afraid it might be scratched when it is moved out of storage. However, I understand damage can happen with a big move, and I will definitely use Two Men again. I will request the same team!

Residential move. I really appreciate the oppy to tell you how terrific your Knoxville crew was in unloading my POD. Grant, Taylor and Brad never stopped moving from the time they arrived on site. They took great care in handling our items and assisted with the reassembly of some of our furniture. Their work exceeded my expectations and using 2Mandamp;T was overall a great value. I have nothing but accolades for the entire tem here in Knoxville!

My mom handled moving day while I worked and she was very pleased with the good attitude and work of the 2 movers. She did not comment one way or the other on their appearance/uniform so I donandacirc;??t really know that answer.

I was pleased with everyone's personality and professionalism. I was not pleased with the fact it took 3 men almost 4 hours to move one truckload of stuff less than a tenth of a mile.

We understand your frustration at the bill you received. As you know, we charge by the hour, and that’s for a variety of reasons. We were happy to provide pads and stretch wrapping for your furniture, trained, professional movers in uniform, and a 26 ft. moving truck with all necessary moving equipment, which is all included in our hourly price with additional benefits. Everything was good till the refrigerator move. I offered several times to take the front door off the hinge, it was a 1/4andquot; clearance. They said no big deal, they could get it. Well they got it, chipped the Oak front door and got refridge stuck. Finally got it back inside and removed the front door anyway. Door is still chipped. Overall though, they did good.
