One mover was fantastic/one was terrible, on the phone every time I looked away. I am paying these guys by the hour, why is he checking his phone every 2 mins? He was generally careless with some of my items, dropping a guitar and running down the ramp with a hand truck full of my items, but owning up to breaking a small 20 dollar item which had very little value. Caring very little to put items in reasonable locations, leaving a full filing cab in the middle of a room. I found CJ to be the worst part of my experience, thankfully the other mover was great. Additionally, the guys were late for a 'safety meeting' and no one said a word to us. We had items in a loading bay waiting for a truck which wasn't even on the way yet. On top of that, I was looking to hire 3 people and they sent 2.

Excellent experience!! Cynthia was great to work with and was very helpful in scheduling. The moving team was great! They were professional and polite. They arrived early and worked quickly and efficiently. I did have one broken picture frame but they cleaned up the glass. They took the frame to replace the glass and ship back to me. Also there were a couple of scuffed furniture items but nothing major. I would use Two Men and a Truck again. Overall it was a very good experience!

The team called me and said they would be about fifteen minutes late which was fine but they were in actuality an hour late. Loaded furniture fine but it took them an hour to get to site where furniture was to b e moved to. It took me 10 minutes. They broke two glass table tops and said they would report it and I would be called. No call yet. The Company served me well in Indianapolis and moving me to Knoxville but this was the worst service I have ever received.

Accidents sometimes just happen and the plastic base of my 50 inch plasma tv was the casualty. The guys did a great job and I didn’t claim the break. Those men worked their tails off in the hot, humid weather! And then it rained! And they kept a positive attitude the entire time. I appreciate their hard work in helping me get moved. I always recommend this company.

The movers were great. They were professional yet personable. They made me feel comfortable through the entire process. i would recommend your company and those specific movers without hesitation. The only item damaged was a pane of glass in my china cabinet which i am trying to find someone to fix but it was wrapped in a moving blanket and shrinkwrapped.

The gentlemen were nice and courteous. One had on flip flops that seemed inappropriate and dangerous to wear while moving furniture. They slightly damaged my piano, removing it, but all other furniture was not damaged. Unfortunately, several pieces, including our piano, was scared by the straps they used to secure it in the truck. There were large gouges in the piano and strap marks on other pieces. No blankets placed on our furniture before stapping them down in the truck. Had they done so, maybe some of the damage could have been avoided. I contacted your office about the damage and advised someone would call me about seeing the damage. I have received no further contact from your company. It's been two weeks.

We moved from a 5,000 sf house to a 6,000 sf one. The movers showed up on Wed around 10:30 am and left our new house at 1:00 am Thurs morning. The movers started too late for a move of this size. At the end of the move, there was some damaged items. The owner of the franchise (I believe his name was Jason) wanted to unpack and take our master bedroom dresser back with the movers and it would take 7-10 days to repair. I told him this was unacceptable and to have the furniture repair co. come out and repair the pieces of furniture on site or at least access the damage. The conversation then escalated and his attitude changed and got short with me. It has been 1 week and no sign of a furniture repair company or a phone call for an appointment. I hope this gets resolved soon.

I had used Two Men and a Truck 2 previous times and was very pleased. This time there was an underlying tension between the 2 men, one calling the other "weak" and stating he would not bring him along on the next job. I had an armoire that had a damaged "foot", but that had been carefully moved 3 other times. The one driver, instead of babying it, tried to fix it, but made it worse. He tried to drag it into place and completely broke the foot into pieces. Since it had been damaged before
(Yet still useable), I didn't report it. Though they never took any breaks, these two didn't hustle they way your other movers had. They didn't work together as a team. I was disappointed in the experience this time.

Damaged dresser, still waiting for its return. Called 3 times this week for up date no one answers, no one returns message. Told it would be done last week.

Moving process went well until I lifted a box that advertised it's contents as a radio. The box is now empty and the radio is gone. Has my son's name engraved on it. It is a special radio as it is see through, all clear plastic. That makes me wonder what else might be missing.
