Everyone from the office staff to the moving team were friendly and professional . Helpful informative emails during entire process. Truck arrived promptly and work was completed quickly and efficiently. Hired the same team for another job the following week. If I ever need help moving in the future, I will definitely be calling Two Men and a Truck.

Two of the men who moved my things were wonderful, the other made my family feel feel unsafe in their own home. I did call and am still waiting on a call back from Troy. Since I have not gotten a call back, this makes me think this company is ok with it’s employees violating your customers. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them makes the difference. My move started two hours delayed due to a clerical error.

However, to make up for that lost time, the company sent an additional team to assist at no cost, getting the whole move done faster and under the estimate. The movers were upbeat and respectful, and made a stressful move go by much more smoothly. Highly recommended.
