Had a very good experience with this move as moving is very stressful. The movers, Johnathan and Chase, worked very hard to make sure we were happy. They notified us when they were headed to move us. They asked many times if there was anything they could do to make things easier. They were very efficient and kept us informed all the way and we had three different Sylvia’s along the way.

Both crews, loading and unloading a pod due to installation of new flooring were very polite, friendly, and showed respect to me and my sister. Derrick was present on both visits and very pleasant to work with. The other two assistants were just as polite. I would definitely use the company again if needed.

This is the second time I’ve used them. I came back because I had such a great experience the first time. And the second time they did NOT disappoint! They were on time, professional, respectful, fast and even asked what else they could help me with when they were finished. As someone who has used them twice, I highly recommend them!

The office refused to let us speak with a manager/supervisor when we had MANY issues during the move, even though he kept muting the call obviously to discuss with him. Never received follow up from local office even though we expressed our interest in conversation to both the local office and corporate contacts. Total failure due to complete arrogance, overconfidence, of mostly the driver “Kyle”.

My moving team was fantastic! They took excellent care of my items and were quick with the move. They also rearranged the furniture in the new living room when I didn't like my original plan. Highly recommend!
