The movers did not pack like I thought they should. They did not pack glass lamps in boxes, only wrapped them. Did not pack pictures or large glass mirror in boxes. At the end, they were just stuffing things in boxes without taping them. Truck was not packed to the top because of the wrapping of glass things. Many things were left that I think could have been taken if they had packed things differently. Thanks goodness nothing was broken upon delivery. The actual move was very good, just not too satisfied with backing and loading truck. They did say my Mom had a lot of glass and that is why the truck was packed like it was.

They guys were on time and they called ahead to let me know they were on their way. They explained every step before getting started. They were quick, careful and courteous. This was a great experience. I will definitely use this business again!

I have used your services for all of my moves large and small for several years and have always been pleased. I wish you could find a way to provide a smaller move cheaper, like a refrigerator across town, not a room full of furniture, that would often be very helpful.

They did a great job. For constructive criticism I only noticed 1 error. One guy wrapped my mattress but failed to wrap my box spring. When loading the box spring from the truck into the storage unit he placed the box spring on its side on the dirty floor a couple of times. The box spring now has dirty areas all over both sides from being rubbed against a dirty floor. This is the only complaint I have. The men did a good job.

The young men who helped us with our move were courteous, helpful, thoughtful, and efficient. They communicated well and worked hard. It was a pleasure working with them.
