Mark and the guys were amazing! They were quick, professional and very careful with our belongings. Only one small piece from our desk was damaged, and he noted it on delivery. We also got a quick call from the office to advise us that it has been reported and to give us the information about who will fix it, the name and experience of the person who will do the repair and where and when they will call to set an appointment to do the repair on site. Y'all are very good, would highly recommend!

Excellent job by the two men who came to do the job. The only problem happened as they were leaving and drove into our yard & got stuck making a big hole in the yard. But, they were extremely prompt in coming out to put dirt in the hole & grass seed over it. They are waiting a couple of weeks to come back to check on the progress of the seed. Overall very happy with the move.

There were several items left at the other house we noticed when we went back. I am also day 3 without a washer after it was dropped off the porch. Too long for a family of 4.

Mark and Frankie were great! They worked hard and fast. The only issue was one of her paintings got slightly damaged. I tipped them well because they really did a great job!

Its taken a while to dig out from the move but major scratches on furniture, chips out of walls and hardwood floor damage. They turned furniture upside down with contents in the drawers. Turned dresser on side and it doesnt seem stable now

I’d rate the moving team excellent, except for Wade. I think he was new. He was courteous and friendly but, too gung ho! Tried to be superman and lift entire sofa, etc by himself. He was able to carry my enormous king headboard, but something so long and 5’ tall needs a person on each end to prevent bumping walls. He bumped walls several times, leaving dings in doorframes, and a few scratches on walls of my brand new house. He needs to slow down a bit and wait for help. Also, he’ll have a hernia and back problems at the rate he’s going. Once I heard head (adam?)mover telling him to work smart, and showing him how to do something.

I have several pieces of furniture that are ver dear to me. The team was extremely careful when they moved my furniture. When my furniture has to be moved back into my house after the renovation I have requested the same team. Thanks, guys!!

Our movers, Drew and Chris, were superb throughout the moving process. Their attitudes were so helpful and friendly while taking great care of our property that I want to request them the next time we need to move anything! I had to reschedule my move several times due to schedule conflicts and illness, but the office staff were exceptionally professional and understanding with each change.
When we finally got to move, the gentlemen that moved us were professional, friendly and so careful with our belongings. We didn’t have a single broken item!
