The office had said a small truck would work after they saw my inventory. We had a 20 foot truck and the two guys said it was too small and that we needed a 26 foot truck like there’s. Then they said to get two 20 foot trucks. I could only get one 26 foot truck. Everything did not fit so at the end I had to put a wide screen tv in the cab, and we had to throw away three living room chairs, lawn mower and all of our plants. When we arrived all of our lamp shades were crushed and some furniture was scratched.

We chose TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in large part because there was no additional fee to move our piano. We were very pleased with their positivity and hard work. They packed up drove to the new location and unpacked in 3 and a half hours, the bottom of our estimated timeframe!

I was told a time the men would be there to move us but it turns out that was a 5 HOUR window, not a set time. I probably would have looked for someone that could be there at a set time. No one has 5 hours to waste waiting around. Also, some of the furniture was damaged. I called and an adjuster was to contact me. Its been a week and I have heard nothing. I do want to say that once the men arrived, they were fast and effiecient. They were very helpful if something needed to be moved at the new location. We had use Two Men and a Truck moving from Memphis to Chattanooga and were really pleased. That's why we called the office here in Chattanooga. We will use them again if necessary, even with the misunderstanding of the arrival time and the relatively small amount of damage.

I am completely satisfied with my experience I had before and during my move with Two Men and a Truck. The two young men were very polite and professional. The were in "let's get the job done mode", which I appreciated! One of the things I wish would have been done differently, was shrink wrap my bedroom furniture. Previous movers had done that which helped the drawers stay in place until it was it's final position. Little things were forgotten, nothing major, like some shelves and handles to my refrigerator being put back on, which was no big deal. The only complaint I had was when they were moving my refrigerator, which is very heavy, and they were struggling to get it on the ramp It was being pressed against the railing which caused some minor damage. I would recommend/use again.

Anthony and his crew were very quick and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable and let me know my things would be safe. Thanks guys.

It was a great experience. The movers were extremely nice, courteous, efficient and took excellent care of our furniture. This is the second time we have used them, and would highly recommend them for your moving needs. It was very affordable, and worth every bit of the money we spent. In 4.5 hours, they moved what would have taken myself and help a couple of days. Thank you very much for your assistance with our move.

Just waiting for my few damage claims to be resolved.

We got 4 man and 2 trucks. 2 of the guys were lazy, kept being on their phone, texting and calling. 5 furniture items got damaged on the move by the inexperienced guys. The hallway wall got dings and scratches. The movers lied about assembling the furniture and left many screws in the back of the furniture unattached, they also lied about moving all of the items fro: the old house even though we had 2 more hours of work available. Never again, we used this company 4 times now, this is the last time.

Raymond, my scheduler, was clear, friendly and concise. He helped determine our moving needs and was very accurate. The movers showed up on time and worked very hard. There was one small glass break. They were very forthcoming and someone contacted me the SAME DAY to begin the repair process. The very next day the item was picked up for repair. It was returned to us in perfect condition LESS than a week after it was broken!
Best move ever with least amount of breakage. Extremely customer oriented and friendly staff. Thank you!

It seems like speed is valued over care. Things that should have been carried by two people were muscled by one instead, leading to squashed boxes and upended furniture. Several moving boxes had long gashes down the side of them, exposing the contents within. My dryer was dented. My vintage chair was scratched. The guys were friendly and obviously work hard.
