I had a dining room table that they took a scratch and scrape out of and was supposed to be repaired and they never showed up after making an appointment. The movers weren’t going to say anything about it but my wife saw it happened and questioned them. I had a dresser table that a whole piece of the front corner was broken off and they never said a word about that. Would not recommend them to no one.

So the move wasn’t particularly awful, just not quite as impressive as I anticipated. We started off being asked if we happened to have tools, because the guys forgot there’s. I had some unpacked, but had to go buy more at Home Depot so they could take the furniture apart. All three guys were very nice and we appreciated that. But then in the end I’d made a quick second run to Home Depot and they wrapped up while I was gone, getting my wife to pay and sign off that everything was good, despite having previously talking to me about damage to our bed. I was told they would deal with it when they were done. Instead they didn’t mention to my wife and we’re gone before I got back. I’d have trouble using you guys again for a future love, based on this first experience.

I have waited a while as this was a very poor experience and I wanted to be fair. My things were moved which was the end goal. My bedroom furniture has scuff marks on it from the dolly, a couple of the doors in the destination home were scuffed, and the worst part is that when I set up my dryer and tried turning it on it would not power on. I had an electrician test the plug and when it was plugged in there was power at the dryer it just would not power on. While I cannot say 100% this was caused by the movers the dryer was working without issue prior to the move.
I used Two men and a Truck again as I had had a great experience prior.

This was a awful move experience for me they didn’t tape my drawers and things fell out and in moving my furniture they turned some pieces upside down therefore my drawers was all messed up I’m missing a lot of stuff from the move for which I called and reported it and the manager Cory said there’s nothing they can do to compensate me the items I’m missing is 1. A whole bottle of vape juice for which I pd $19.99
2. A bottle and new box of tall kitchen garbage bags $8.00
3. A brand new box of oxi clean I bought from Sams has not even been opened not sure of the price
4. Power cord to Mt TV which I paid $19.99 for a replacement on amazon
5. A amoped pedi manicure for feet and I believe that cost $40.00
I pd over 700 I should be compensated for my loss

Entertain Center was busted while moving. No offer to replace or insure the move. Had to purchase new TV Stand

The office had said a small truck would work after they saw my inventory. We had a 20 foot truck and the two guys said it was too small and that we needed a 26 foot truck like there’s. Then they said to get two 20 foot trucks. I could only get one 26 foot truck. Everything did not fit so at the end I had to put a wide screen tv in the cab, and we had to throw away three living room chairs, lawn mower and all of our plants. When we arrived all of our lamp shades were crushed and some furniture was scratched.

We chose TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in large part because there was no additional fee to move our piano. We were very pleased with their positivity and hard work. They packed up drove to the new location and unpacked in 3 and a half hours, the bottom of our estimated timeframe!

I was told a time the men would be there to move us but it turns out that was a 5 HOUR window, not a set time. I probably would have looked for someone that could be there at a set time. No one has 5 hours to waste waiting around. Also, some of the furniture was damaged. I called and an adjuster was to contact me. Its been a week and I have heard nothing. I do want to say that once the men arrived, they were fast and effiecient. They were very helpful if something needed to be moved at the new location. We had use Two Men and a Truck moving from Memphis to Chattanooga and were really pleased. That's why we called the office here in Chattanooga. We will use them again if necessary, even with the misunderstanding of the arrival time and the relatively small amount of damage.

I am completely satisfied with my experience I had before and during my move with Two Men and a Truck. The two young men were very polite and professional. The were in "let's get the job done mode", which I appreciated! One of the things I wish would have been done differently, was shrink wrap my bedroom furniture. Previous movers had done that which helped the drawers stay in place until it was it's final position. Little things were forgotten, nothing major, like some shelves and handles to my refrigerator being put back on, which was no big deal. The only complaint I had was when they were moving my refrigerator, which is very heavy, and they were struggling to get it on the ramp It was being pressed against the railing which caused some minor damage. I would recommend/use again.

Anthony and his crew were very quick and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable and let me know my things would be safe. Thanks guys.
