I think you guys need a better GPS, it takes ya'll miles out of the way & is so time consuming. It's my only real complaint. I paid for unnecessary time,but I'm moved & am happy with the team I had! Thanks so much!!

Russ and Todd were great! We did find a few pieces of glass in the floor afterwards but nothing of ours is broken. Could it have come from inside the truck on a previous move? It didn't cause a problem or anything, just maybe something to be aware of. Thanks for making a stressful day easy!

The team showed up on time however I they took too long to load up. also took too long to arrive to destination. Which cost us additional money. Items were scratched up as well as our hardware was not left with us and when I called about it and spoke with manager he then said someone would bring them . That was a joke what was brought to us did not belong to us. look like they belong to a toy.
