The African American guy should have been in charge of the day. He knew how to pack the storage unit unlike the head guy who was telling me I needed to get a 2nd unit. After I told them how to pack efficiently it worked out better..until I noticed the end of my computer desk was broken. The head guy then said...well this type of furniture isn't made to moved anyway. Was not happy with Hunter.

The movers were terrible. They milked the clock to get more money. One of the guys even said, wow I was anticipating this move lasting all day. I personally am glad I moved stuff the day before or else we would have owed well over $1000. They were trying their absolute hardest to run the clock. I will never use two men and a truck again.

BUT your office estimater
needs to better inform team on what to expect.
Mine was a business move I told office that I have very heavy wood tables and counters that couldn't be taken apart
I even called back and let them know there was going to be more items we had hoped to move ourselves .

First don’t received a notification that their coming late to their appointment- almost 40 minutes. Takes to long, Break the bottom of one of the furnitures and i asked for a credit of extra boxes and received it after i send a message- they tell me was already discounted in the original receipt. They don’t look like does a moving before but really tried.

I absolutely loved the careful, fast and efficient moving service from your movers on such a stormy day. They were so pleasant and professional as well.????

The two men we had to help us with my dad’s move was one of the best experiences we have ever had. They were professional, kind, accommodating and more than helpful through the whole process. Thanks is not enough and just want to convey our heartfelt appreciation for their work. Thank you!
