Although the truck had an overheating problem and caused an hour delay of arrival, the gentlemen who moved us were very professional, positive,
friendly and efficient. They did a wonderful job. The office, management, reduced the travel fee to make up for the late arrival. I would hire Two Men and a Truck again if I needed movers. I was very pleased with the company as a whole.

Moving team handled my furniture with great care. Some furniture were disassembled and reassembled to its original condition. They used great judgment parking the truck to its capacity. The are professional.

I was not happy with all the paint from wall/s on my furniture. I have all kinds of chips and paint marks on my furniture. This is a brand new house, I have chips out of the wall, paint knocked off certain areas. This is totally unacceptable, and I will not use this company again.

Was told would be a 4 hour job. Ended up being over 7 hours. Mostly due to poor leadership, moving skills and poor communication. On cell phones and carrying on conversations on the job. All of which I paid for! Lost my feet to one of my chairs. Damaged 2 walls. Staff did not call back after saying they would. Left voice mails. Even the director did not call me back like he said he would. I own my business and when problems arise you own up to it and make it right. So far this company doesn’t do what is right in that aspect and I am about to blow the internet up with the experience we have had thus far. Can’t even call me back to do what is right. Sad!

Alex and guys that came out were awesome. They were funny and very personable. They made a usually stressful time so much easier. Can’t thank them enough.

Brandon, Cookie, Chris, Derrick and Micheal did a fabulous job. Very professional, worked very and stayed within quote!!

Our movers were very polite and patient and did everything we asked. They worked quickly and carefully to reassemble a huge entertainment center that was difficult and heavy with no complaints. They worked very well together.

Everything went smoothly. The guys were friendly and courteous and respectful of our home and family. We laughed and had fun while they were moving the furniture. My experience with everyone in the company was great! And I am extremely happy with the results! Thank you all for your help!

Simone and Kelsey were absolutely fantastic! Thorough and paid attention to detail. I will definitely use them again!!

Services used pack, move out, storage, & move in. Packers took extra care of fragile items (couldn't tell what was in the wrapping) & were very courteous & helpful. Appreciated the patience moving team showed when we requested they come back & load items delivered later that day. My only suggestion is have more thorough inventory sheets. As a Soldier, I moved a lot. To no fault of the movers (especially w/multiple shipments on truck), items didn't always make it to final destination. I took comfort in having those detailed inventory sheets to help me track what was packed/moved. Based on my experience w/ Two Men & A Truck (from quote to pack/move & everything in between), I would recommend them! Great job & customer service! Looking forward to move in day (if same team)!
