The men who did the moving were courteous, friendly, and professional. I’m not sure how to spell their names but I think their names were Rico and Robert. Thank you! They took all the stress away from moving day for me.

My movers were on time, professional and had great attitudes. They took great care wrapping my furniture. The scheduling process was also super easy. Very pleased with my experience!

Came as a referral from Realestate Office. I would not recommend due to Office stay not conveying pertinent info to the movers. Such as size and weight of furniture. Their boss ran off my driveway and never apologized for damage. He had to call a wrecker to get him out. He didn’t want to help the 3 guys moving me while he waited on the wrecker, even after they asked, he said he need to go over paperwork. I’m sorry, but that shows no appreciation for what the other employees do. He should be back on a truck loading so he can appreciate their job and want to help. They call 2 other mangers to ge help and No one else came, they told them they needed help unloading. I had to get 7 friends to the new house to carry furniture in after they of loaded. My overall experience was terrible. Everything was fine until moving day. The arrival time was late by 3.5 hours, then only 1/4 of our belongings were moved. They had to make 3 trips to get all my things after quoting me a total move of 4-6 hours. I paid for 10 hours. The movers began putting things in the garage and asking me if I could put them where they go to save them time. Now my garage and hallways are full of stuff I have to put in the attic. Overall a bad experience, and I don’t foresee ever using Two Men and a Truck again.

They did not bring a big enough truck for a 4 bedroom 3 bath. It didnt get all of the furniture in the truck. We had to borrow trailers to finish the job. We had to be all out by 6 that day. We where not all out so they will not let us get all of the remaining Intems out of the house. We have lost part of our belongings.

Both movers, Don and Jaylen were amazing! They were dressed very professionally .. they were funny, personable, prompt, efficient - and, willing to go above and beyond! They laughed and made the most of their time, all while getting the job done in less than 1/2 the time that was originally quoted to me.

Moving is never easy; there is always something that goes wrong. Mine was the best move I’ve ever had. My team (Joseph, Jonathan, Robert, Quavez, Tsderiiel, and Ezekiel) were efficient, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. There are many “moving” parts to relocating to a new home. The actual physical move from old house to new house was an smooth process thanks to this team.

Movers knew their job and were careful to handle the furniture, and were very nice.

My move was done in a timely manner. However they damaged the stairs, the wall and a leather sectional that was in the house but not moved by them. There are cameras in the home so there is no question as to how the damage happened. They sent someone to repair the wall but they refused to paint it because we have no paint that matches. It would be easy enough for them to match the paint and complete the repair but they refuse. We wouldn’t need the paint if they hadn’t damaged the wall so I feel they should put things back the way they were before they came in to move 1room of furniture to storage and bring back a few pieces of furniture from storage. I am very disappointed with management and the way they handled the situation.

My husband and I showed the movers our belongings to be moved when they arrived, however quite a few items were left behind. They were aware of this and just said they couldn’t get it all in their truck. This all turned into a nightmare for me and my husband who is 82 years old. The office staff was surprised when I told them this the next day and arranged for the items to be delivered. The movers did drop off a piece of furniture to my sister in law on the way to our home and I appreciate that. This should not have been a difficult move, there were no big items, no appliances or pianos
