The cargo in this case was 35 steel frames that were bulky, rusty and heavy. The pick up was simple enough because the frames were stacked on three pallets. When the truck arrived for delivery, the pallets had collapsed. Each frame had to be unloaded individually. Your employees, Alex and Nicolas, handed each frame down from the truck to our employees so we could stack them in the building. The task was not easy because there was very little room to stand in the truck. Alex and Nicolas worked in the cold for almost an hour handling these bulky items. They had a great attitude.

I was very concerned about using a moving company due to the horror stories I had heard and read online. I was pleasantly surprised with the management team that did the first walk through of my home up to the movers. I can't say enough about the hard work of the movers, getting things packed ahead of schedule, the packing and unpacking at the new location. Austin and Chris are excellent workers and need a big bonus for the through job, sorry can't think of the third guys name that helped with packing. Austin appeared to head the team and he was great! I had zero damage to my property, AMAZING! Thank you so much for making a difficult move so much easier. I will certainly recommend your services. Thank you.

We had 6 guys and 2 trucks for our local move on 1/18/19. These guys were fantastic and I want to commend each of them personally with hopes it will be noted in their files: Cookie, Hunter, Daniel, Andre, Ryan and Diedrich. I can't remember which particular one was the head honcho (Daniel ?) but he was an excellent leader and communicator to us. We will definitely use you again when needed and refer you to our friends. Sarah at the office was fast in her responses and very helpful. Your moving team did a great job and worked so hard for us, we appreciated seeing that and seeing the effort they put in to moving our things. I am very pleased with the experience I had on 1/16 and 1/17. The team was very professional and very hard working. They are a credit to your company. Taylor, Josh, Chris, Alex and Nick took great care of me and my family. Vern stopped by to make sure everything was going along smoothly. Thank you very much for helping us manage this move. I will recommend you guys highly. Your team did a great job.

The movers were very pleasant and easy to work with. However, the move took too long. This should have taken about 3 hours instead of the 4.5 hours. The movers worked too slow. Several time we asked if they could move a bit faster to no avail. This slow pace cost me many more dollars than was estimated and that I expected to pay. We will consider getting a different moving company when we move from this apartment back to our house. I was very disappointed with the pace of the move. My expectations was not met.
