My experience with the fact you charge a travel fee of $135.00 regardless of the time traveled. I was told that if the crew and truck was 2 blocks away from my house that there is still a travel fee of $135.00
Traveling isn’t my problem, that should be absorbed by the company because it’s the cost of doing business. I’m getting 0 benifits out of your travel policy. Also in my city I’m warning person about your policy. I certainly hope charging me $135.00 travel fee was worth it for you

Our travel fee covers the time for the men, truck, and equipment to make it from our location out to the load address, as well as the time from the unload address back to our location. It is a flat-fee that doesn’t change even if our movers are delayed by inclement weather, or traffic. We have no problem explaining to this every single customer. First of all, I can’t say enough about Saimone M. And Matthew L. They couldn’t have done a better job. If you had offered me 5 Stars, I would have to add a (+) mark after the stars. The guys were on time (actually early, which was perfect for me) courteous, worked quickly, and took extreme measures to make sure my furniture was not damaged. Everything was padded and shrink wrapped. I will definitely recommend your company to anyone moving.

Two men and A Truck is a professional moving company. I felt there were several things that went wrong with our move but I do think it was the exception rather than the norm. They took every step to remedy any issues we had and in a timely manner. They even called to take care of things during Christmas. The management went out of their way to be sure things were made right and that we were satisfied. In the end, we were more than satisfied. We will definitely use Two Men and A Truck for our next move and we highly recommend them for your moving needs.

The cargo in this case was 35 steel frames that were bulky, rusty and heavy. The pick up was simple enough because the frames were stacked on three pallets. When the truck arrived for delivery, the pallets had collapsed. Each frame had to be unloaded individually. Your employees, Alex and Nicolas, handed each frame down from the truck to our employees so we could stack them in the building. The task was not easy because there was very little room to stand in the truck. Alex and Nicolas worked in the cold for almost an hour handling these bulky items. They had a great attitude.
