The movers moving furniture out of the house did not tell me that they ruined a desk. I said it was not in good shape but it was unusable after the move. The movers also damaged a wall and did not say anything.
The movers were not able to fit everything in the truck despite having a list in advance. There were a few small end tables added, but they could not fit most of the second stop.
The final cost was over 30% higher than the estimate and they didn't get everything moved.
I had good experiences with your company in the past but this was terrible.

The crew was very nice and hard working. The only thing I would suggest is training on how tall the trucks are as driver almost took out my low tree by the driveway of my house. This was after I told them to park on the street as I have a very low tree next to my driveway and the truck will not fit. But I saw them trying to back in anyways. That was my only issue. As the truck moved a huge limb on my tree 6-8 feet and it has gashes from it.

We were mostly pleased with the service. However, we were disappointed that we did not get 2 trucks as promised. There was also a ding in our wall from the couch as movers moved it out. We will have to fix this.
Customer service was great as we were given a discount for the lack of 2 trucks, but we still would've liked things to have moved a little faster and without damage.

Everything was great but the put a couple scratches on our dinning room wood table and scuffed a leather chair a bit. Fortunately, the table is a bit stressed anyway so it was fixable. They shrink wrapped and blanketed most everything so I am not sure how this happened. The crew offered a $50 discount which I felt was acceptable. Overall, they were very efficient and moved things around for us as we were a bit indecisive on where we wanted things to go.

Overall a good experience - office staff was very helpful and scheduled our move right away. Movers were courteous and efficient, but unfortunately damaged a ceiling going down stairs with a larger object - just not being careful enough and not using the proper lift straps when necessary. On the bright side, the company did quickly agree to pay for the drywall repair required. Accidents happen, but a bit of a hassle that we now have additional work to do for repair. Overall it was handled professionally, and I would likely use again but probably watch the movers much closer.

Explained to schedulers EXACTLY the service needed-very old very heavy piano moved along with entertainment center and a few music items. Was assured that this would be accomplished. 4 strong hardworking professional young men were sent to do this job. They tried very hard and did there very best but did not appear to have any experience with this type of move. Our disappointment is with the office staff’s assurance that the job could be completed with ease. We are just glad these men were not injured!! Oursecond disappointment is the response our son is receiving regarding the request for repairs to the piano that was moved. The service was paid for immediately but we are now on some extended waiting list hoping that the piano can be fixed after the very expensive move. Overpriced.

Thought the price did not reflect what was quoted. Can not find my Direct TV reciever, please ask the fellows if they remember where they might have packed it. Thanks
