The movers were all great, they were very courteous and professional. We have used this company before, so I was moving and wanted to hire you myself because of reputation. However, during my move we had to make one stop to a storage unit before going to the house. We completed the delivery at the storage building then moved on to the home, as the movers were bringing the furniture upstairs they hit the ceiling and chipped the edge. Which we will fix. We also are missing 3 pieces of furniture that we dropped off in storage... I now have to rent a truck and find a couple strong men to go to the storage unit to dig through everything and find these pieces to carry them upstairs for me. I do not understand why the driver did not offer to go pick it up. But, the team was worked great together

During the move last Saturday, a floor lamp was broken as well as a one-of-a-kind glass-top coffee table. This was a unique commissioned piece that was constructed years ago, but is not able to be replaced. When it was discovered it was broken, the movers felt terrible, and we didn't blame them. They did write up an incident report, and said we would be credited back some amount for the 60lb table. When I got a call from the office on Monday, the rep was asking if they could pick-up the table to glue it. I said we could try to glue it since we know how it fits. He said ok, and was about to hang up. I had to specifically ask for a credit to our card, and even then he said, "Well, I guess I can do $36." I just feel that more effort could have been made to right this incident.

The team was terrific. Smart, personable, friendly and knowledgeable. We had minor damage to two pieces that we only noticed after rearranging them ourselves. The move was timely and as painless as moving can be. Again, the move team were 3 EXCELLENT young men.

The two men that came the day before our move to pack up our larger/heavier items were great. One was very experienced and completely professional and friendly. The other had only been there two months, and was respectful. But he took too much time "over-wrapping" obviously non-delicate things, and often forgot to mark the boxes with which room the contents came from. The actual moving guys were very professional, but one item did hit a wall corner and the sheetrock, and one leg of our dining table got scratched and had white paint streaks that had "transferred" from the front doorway frame. The sheetrock problem was fixed within two days by a great contractor, but we have yet to hear back about the dining table problem. And we did pay the 15% extra for replace or repair insurance.

The three men moving my valuables were very nice & courteous. What I didn't like was that they did not let me know when one of them tore a large hole in my new vinyl floor putting my washing machine in place, chip out of the wall in a bedroom when putting a bed in there, breaking a piece off one of my lamps, dent in my night stand and scratches on dresser. Overall, my experience with my recent move was good, but they need to be more careful. Thanks for the hard work.
