They were incredible the care they took wrapping our items and loading to the same level of care unloading and ensured we were 100% satisfied with furniture placement, they even offered suggestions. The movers were really great and went above and beyond. However, when I first contacted your office John went over everything except the travel time charges from the office to the site. He snuck it in to the estimate but never explained it. I didn't object but I would have appreciated disclosure of that charge up front.

Nick was excellent and very caring about our things. Chris was good but needed some reminders from Nick to be careful with our things. Nick left high pocket knife here. How can I return it to him?

Tyler and Joe are fantastic. They made a stressful experience a pleasant one by being so professional but also lighthearted and fun. They put notes on each box about the contents AND put those boxes exactly where they belonged in my new place. HUGE help! I will request them for any future move of my home or office.

Tyler, Troy and Eric worked efficient, in a very professional manner and got the job done in less time than estimated, so we ended up paying a good amount less than the initial quote. All three of them were also very pleasant to talk to. I would definitely hire them again.
