Only thing I’d have to complain about is the fact they didn’t reassemble my bedroom furniture as I thought they would. But beyond that they were amazing and got it done extremely fast!

The team member driver was excellent. The helper, was constantly complaining about his working environment (smoke outdoors from a controlled burn over 2 miles away, when there was no smoke or smell of smoke on a breezy day), telling me not to smoke a cigarette in my own home, claiming that I didn’t care I was just concerned about myself. I would highly recommend that he be replaced.

We do apologize if you felt that we disrespected you in any way. I know that wasn't our movers intention. Obviously when you are doing something physical, as our moving team was doing, you inhale much more deeply. He was just having a hard time with the smoke and not being able to get a break from it.

Our moving team was great. They worked so hard and were very patient when we couldn’t get into our house, and they had to go back to your warehouse and unload our furniture so the truck could be used on a different job the following day. And Jeremy even came back the next afternoon to help move us in after a morning moving job.

Ken and Amin were terrific. They were careful, wrapped every piece, and arrived on time. They were both helpful, friendly and great to work with. They asked us if there was anything else we needed them to do for us before they left. We would use this team and your company again and give you high praise.

Was told I would be given 1 hours notice to get there. When the call came, I was given 15 min. Not very fair to customer when the $120 per hr. clock starts when they arrive....

David we do apologize for the short notice. We definitely need to give an hr notice for our afternoon moves. When we arrive early we do not start your time until you are there so it should not have cost you any additional money. Thank you for your business.

Best experience ever, the team that moved us were the best. Everything protected before moving anything and they were so careful not to damage walls in house. After the movers we had last time, that upset my wife, she was ecstatic with this move. Thanks to all.
