The office staff did not properly record the number of boxes we had and therefore there was not enough room on the truck. They had to send a second truck and even then we were responsible for moving a few car loads of items ourselves.
Overall, we had a good experience though. The movers worked hard despite the heat and took great care of our things.

I have made many moves, over several states, in my life. This was the most important. I was moving my dear mother in her 80s closer to me. I opted for the full pack, move, and unpack based on my conversation with Kathy, thank you! She put me at ease immediately that my mother would be taken care of. The movers, Jerome and William, showed up on time and got right to business. They made my mother feel so comfortable during the move that she went next door to chat with a neighbor. The move in place was not ready (being painted) and Jerome and William rolled with it like it was normal. They rolled with every change (move across the hall, into the hall, into the apartment). They arranged her furniture in the new apartment from memory, two days later! It still gives me chills to think of it!

My three (3) movers made this move more bearable. They were courteous, patient and took great care with my possessions. Please recognize Markus P, Shemar and Cedric for their excellent customer service. They're gems.

When moving accidents will happen. It is how they are handled that makes the difference between a good or bad experience. Overall the moving team was excellent. Extremely friendly and efficient, they were laughing and being friendly and polite the entire time. Unfortunately one of my pieces of furniture was damaged during the move. Accidents happen. This is where two men and a truck earned their reputation. They quickly and efficiently assessed the damage and dispatched a furniture restorer to fix the item. While no fix is as good as the original, the responsiveness and end result exceeded my expectation. This is my third time moving with two men and a truck and I will definitely use them again for future moves.

The crew that came did an outstanding job. They were very cordial and very polite. Also did a great job in packing the truck with all the furniture and all of our boxes. They had to move furniture upstairs and downstairs and on the level floor. It was a crazy day. But we did appreciate all of their help and would recommend them again. Thank you.

My movers were Adrian and Spencer. They were exceptional young men. They were extremely competent in packing my belongings. I cannot say enough about these two men. They ran doing their job, smiling the whole time. And no matter what I asked, they responded with polite and professional attitudes. Have I mentioned they were great? They make your company number one in my opinion. Thank you for your competent service and wonderful employees!

Your office staff and my movers Mr. Brown (can't remember his first name but his surname is the same as my sisters so I remember that) and Phillip were exemplary. I marked everything excellent but care of my property since they did put a small rut in the landscaping in our median but we have such a tight space for trucks in my community that I know it was unavoidable. I told Hali that if more businesses and government were run like this branch of Two Men and a Truck we would all be better off.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the two movers we had. they really worked hard and fast to get everything in place. We had one couch that we tried to get in the den but it would not go.
