I was frustrated that when the gentlemen arrived at the delivery location, they originally stated that they would be unable to deliver the desk upstairs, as per previously agreed. One of our staff got the site supervisor on the phone, who then spoke with one of the movers. He had stated they tried about 3 different ways to get the desk upstairs. The site manager then explained that other large pieces of office furniture had been moved up the same stairs, and asked if the desk could be taken apart. The mover replied that it would take too long. The movers did eventually get the desk upstairs and put together. Unfortunately, the movers didn't seem to have that can-do attitude that I have previously experienced with Two Men and a Truck.

They were on time and very efficient. They did not procrastinate and took a lunch break with no cutting corners and not overcharging us. They were very friendly and polite and did everything we requested. The office team was spot on with the estimation.Would highly recommend to anyone making a local move in SC. And you cannot beat the pricing.

The movers were provided the wrong phone number and storage unit number by office staff it seems - i verified witht he paperwork i had that the info was correct that i provided. i saw the truck pull into the facility but had to walk to the other end of the facility where they were parked and guide them to the right unit. they were quick with unloading the storage unit and even swept it clean. They took care in moving the items into the apartment however 1 box of glass items was broken and a dresser was dropped when going upstairs and now the top of the dresser isn't attached properly. Despite these two problems Raheem and Q were wonderful movers.
