Multiple pieces of my furniture ended up with scratches along with my foot board getting broken. I’ve moved myself 4yrs in a row being in the military and never broke any of my furniture. To pay $775 for someone to break my stuff is ridiculous. I’ve yet to hear back from the company about my claim. I work in a center that deals with military people moving constantly and i will not be referring anyone to this company after my experience.

The gentlemen were very respectful and moved fast with moving my things. I recommend they stay working together because they were great as a team.

The movers were very nice and hardworking, but they really need more training. They just didn’t know what they were doing and it made the move take longer and two pieces of furniture were broken.

The movers were above average in professionalism. I felt that I could trust them.
My only complaint is that they scooted some furniture down my stair treads and scraped some of the stain off the wood. I asked them to stop dragging things down the stairs and they complied. But I was still left with some damage to the treads.

I was very disappointed with this company. They were careless with all my furniture, there was some things broke from the boxes, they lost control of the vehicle 4 times. Almost hit someone on the interstate. Over charged me on hours and I paid for them to take a lunch, never deducted anything. I’m still waiting to hear from the claims office. I would never hire this company again.

I was very pleased with the whole experience, only one thing bothered me: when it was time to wrap up/payment was collected etc two of the guys sat down on my fabric covered couch and chair. I had not invited them to sit down there. They were understandably very! tired, but also DRENCHED in sweat because it was nearly 100 degrees outside, so the upholstery immediately soaked up their perspiration. It was too late to say anything.

Packers simply threw things into boxes with little to no packing. Many pieces of furniture not properly wrapped or not wrapped at all. Much of our clothes were stuffed into wardrobe boxes and not hung on a bar to include all of my suits and all of our coats. Many items of furniture damaged severely some perhaps not fixable. Miltiple pictures placed in picture boxes with no padding so most have scratches and dents. Some furniture and boxes crushed from excessive weight on top. I am retired military and have moved all over the world, but this 135 mile in-state move was the worst move I have ever experienced.

I just would like the damages done to be repaired as promised that occurred

We ended up doing a lot more than I had originally expected. They were unable to get truck to the isle where my storage bin was located in Mt. Pleasant even though my boyfriend said the fella driving could have made the turn (my bf used to drive limos in NY city). He said all he had to do was swing out a little bit wider. They ended up having to walk boxes over to the unit and my boyfriend helped them. He knows they were charging by the hour so he was trying to help me avoid too much more time. I didn't think he should have had to help them, but that is how he is. Also, they were a little "rough" with my furniture and somewhat banged in around at his house. He wanted me to mention this (I wasn't there yet so I didn't witness it), but there is damage to one of my pieces.

2 damaged pieces of furniture, damaged washer, estimate off. Robert was good. The other two men seemed to not be very well trained.
