Two Men and a Truck 8s great. We first used your moving service in 1994 when we were newlyweds merging two households.

I have a couple of antique spaces at 2 different antique malls and you have helped move items to these locations.

This latest move was to relocate my brother from West Columbia to Lexington to have him closer to family and to size down from a house to and apartment.

I could not have asked for better service. The 4 men that moved me were fabulous.

2 items were damaged but not beyond repair. My biggest issue was that the estimated 4-6 hours and it took 11 which meant more money than I had planned. They did reduce my time by 2 hours due to the damage. The guys attitudes were good and very polite however in my opinion too slow.

I have used you twice w/ success. This 3rd move I had far fewer items. The time estimate was 3-4 hours. Actual time exceeded 10 hours. I trusted these movers and went to the new location to prepare for their arrival. I could not understand why they had not arrived, so I returned and they were in the same process of loading as when I left 4 hours earlier! I had not had any items damaged by 2 men in the previous moves. This time, an entire box of Crystal glasses (12) was broken. They obviously "tossed" this box. They was wrapped in tissue and newspaper. Boxes were marked "FRAGILE". They also failed to remove balance rods from washer, causing damage. I called the office and was informed a manager would call in 15 minutes. No one ever called - LAZY STAFF. I will NEVER use or recommend again!

Great service. Had a couple instances where furniture was bumped and nicked, to include walls, but I believe that is to be expected. The biggest complaint that I have is that my washing machine wasn’t completely hooked up. The drainage tube wasnt inserted. On the first load of laundry that I did, the misplaced tube had gallons and gallons of water drain right into the floor of my laundry room and into my hardwood floors. I was very frustrated but seems as though there was no dealer damage at this point.

Moved 8/29 My furniture and boxes were handled poorly, couch leg broken, newly refinished hardwood floors scratched up and charged an additional hour pass move completion time. Emailed Shannon 8/30, spoke to Ben 9/4 , lmsg with Nicki around 9/10 for a Manager to call me, and today 9/18 spoke to Nicki advising I still have not received a call back from Ben or his Supv.

Three times we have used your company. The last time there were a few things that were bothersome. They did not have any tools . They needed screwdrivers for dresser mirrors and set up for beds. The leaf in the dining table had two holes notched out of the wood. When I told them to put things in the FROG I found them in the garage. Not sure if they knew where the "FROG " was located. Our move from Pawleys Island took about 8 hours being near the coast and this move took about that long but it was only 5 minutes away!! They seemed to move slow at times. They were very nice and respectful but need a lot more experience with someone who can move faster and more efficiently. The furniture repairman was very professional. We were pleased he came and repaired our furniture so soon.
