only one exception to all my 'Excellent' ratings: the special KEY to an antique cabinet was lost in the move. I signed off on the release before this loss was discovered. I immediately contacted our mover, who said he'd check in the morning to see if he could find it in the truck. But I never did hear an answer from him yes or no. That is my only complaint. (I'm sorry we did not notice the loss before signing the form). Everything else was perfectly wonderful, and we appreciate their help on such a rainy day!!

I was extremely impressed with the assistance of the office staff, the two women I dealt with were beyond professional and courteous. My brother and I live in two different states and were trying to coordinate for the movement of our father's property from an assisted living facility in Lexington, SC to his old home for temporary storage. This required my having to reschedule the move three different times as a result of my fathers being in and out of the hospital. These women whose names escape me, were kind and patient, it was and is most appreciated. The moving team was equally professional and thorough. A great organization and team.

Attitude and work ethic were great. A couple of our dining room chairs received some scratches, but other than that I would highly recommend them.
