Exceeded our expectations in all categories of service! The fact that the team are FULL TIME EMPLOYEES was an important selling feature for "ALL BUSINESS" throughout the process. "All Business" is important to the customer who is watching the clock.
Your office team also were exceptional. Allison remained out contact throughout the move and we could not have asked for better, more optimistic, service. She answered every question promptly and by working through the phone, emails, and texts, we were fully informed at every point.

Overall pricing was not explained to me. Mover were late not their fault.

My two movers, Earl and Antonio, were outstanding. They were professional, courteous, pleasant, competent....they did an amazing job. Frankly, I was dreading moving, but they made it simple and smooth. I cannot say enough good things about them...........just totally professional!!!!! In addition, the office staff were professional and helpful. Cameron did a great job estimating time and costs and explaining exactly what how the charges were calculated. Earl and Antonio were there on time and the whole process went off without a hitch.....not one surprise It is hard to find any type of service these days that even closely compares. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to others.

The two gentlemen that did my move were very polite and a pleasure to deal with. They were very professional and moved all items with ease, even some very large ones. They were careful to not damage anything, not even a scuff on the wall of the staircase. I'm very happy with my experience and will definitely recommend.

The reason I hired Y’all was so I didn’t have to move my stuff. However your workers were so lazy and not motivated that I had to make sure that this move didn’t take all day so I became the third man. I am so disappointed with y’all and I will never use you again.

We recently moved from Columbia,SC to Louisville, KY. We had two teams from Two Men and a Truck. Four mens two trucks.
They arrived on time and the team coordinator did a quick walk through with us and we finalized the paperwork and payment.
They team got to work Fast! This guys where flying through the house. The only time they slowed was to ask a quick question. The men were very courteous and up beat.
The entire house was loaded by 4pm and we where on our way to Louisville with a stopover in Lexington for the eveing.
The following day I was a little worried about the guys because they had worked very hard the previous day (it's the mom in me).To my relief they were gracious,smiling and working as hard as ever. The men made moving easy. I will use Two Men and a Truck for my next move.

From the time the movers met us they were courteous, careful and we were so pleased with them. They were exceptionally nice and careful with our belongings. (We had a LOT of boxes.) Our moving team was excellent! The guys did everything they could to make the process as simple as possible. They were efficient and polite, and made sure that every item they delivered was installed and put in the proper place so that we wouldn’t have to worry about it. I would definitely recommend this company, and I will use them again if I ever have to move!

Sam in the office was superb!! The moving team Victor and Grayson were absolutely wonderful. I felt like they were my friends. They were very cordial, nice and extremely helpful.

We loved our experience with Two Man and a Truck. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and took great care with our furniture. They made the move as painless as it can be. We had some horror experiences with moving companies in the past and Two Man and a Truck showed us how it should be done!
