There's a lot. They were late, tired/not awake at 10am, lied about what they were told they had to move, SLOW, poorly packed the truck and threw my boxes in at the end, refused to move our stuff longer than 2 hours, though the contract said 4-6 hours. After calling the office, speaking to Shannon, and then meeting the Supervisor, Rob, and learning the movers were all new and didnt know what they were doing, our stuff was finally moved-9 miles down the road. We paid $828 and that was OVERPAYING in my opinion. I will NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Theodore was excellent!! A true professional; however, his partner was negative from the start. If Theodore hadn’t put him in his place, the day would have been very stressful. Theodore is the best!

We loved the care and packing and wonderful servant attitude of the workers. They were very respectful. Still waiting to hear from office concerning missing property. We have not been able to find four bag chairs and two bronze garden hose containers that had the hoses inside. Third truck had those on them and we have not found them. They are not on the property. I have checked with home we left and they are not there. Please help.

Over good experience using Two Men and a Truck. I was a little annoyed by the movers attitude. When they arrived one complained about having to go downstairs and that the furniture was heavy. When I booked I told staff that the office furniture was going to delivered to our lower level which they would have to go downstairs. As movers I would of expected they have had to deal with stairs before...

All staffs were very professional. I appreciate Sam’s help to make moving cost to close to my budget by giving me options and moving team was so excellent. They work very efficiently.

The movers were so kind and professional. They were so careful with our belongings and we could tell they knew what they were doing! They had the best attitude and worked unbelievingly hard the entire day. Can’t say enough great things about them.

The movers, Trayton and William were outstanding. Not one thing broke between SC and NY. I felt like I was in very capable hands. Thank you William and Trayton. I am extremely pleased. Sam was excellent as the appraiser, thorough and there were no surprises. Shannon was very polite and NJ professional.

Terrel and Raheem are top notch professionals! Everything about the move experience was great, the care in which they attended to every detail and personable nature led to a very positive experience! I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again. The quality of this team speaks volumes for this company. I can't imagine a more seamless move! Thank you Terrel and Raheem!

Everyone I dealt with was professional and very helpful. The two young men that moved me were by far the fastest,friendliest, most helpful I’ve had the pleasure of being moved by. They are great representatives of your company.
