Great care wrapping and loading my furniture. There was an elevator failure and they had to carry my furniture and boxes (and my furniture is extremely heavy..such as a king size tempurpedic mattress) up 4 flights of stairs...this was after carrying them down 2 flights of stairs, and driving 3 hours in traffic to deliver the furniture. Very difficult move for the movers. They made sure my move was completed despite the difficult delivery.

Last time it took 2 minutes to run my card because the office was doing it’s job that time. This time it took 40 minutes because the office wasn’t doing a good job. Not the movers fault though. You need a different payment process!
