They worked hard with the situation of my furniture in a large trailer from California. The weather was cold and wet. When moving into my new home I will differently call for your help hoping I can get the same men to help me again.

The "movers" were excellent. They were professional, experienced and pleasant to deal with and have around. The office staff was less than exceptional. Emails were not answered and they did not get messages left on the phone. I learned to call one specific person and keep trying until I was able to reach that individual.

On the phone, it was clearly explained to me how the move would take place. I had used Two Men & A Truck before so from my previous experience, the move had gone very well. The movers handled our furniture with care. Once at the new location, none of our belongings were lost or broken. The day before our move, the office called and told me when I could expect the movers to arrive on the day of the move. The movers arrived on time. On this last move, it would take place over two days. The movers left Columbia on time and arrived at our new location on time.

Two Men and a Truck were fabulous! We had several different pieces to our move, and they were great! They were on time, courteous, and treated all my property with care. I would definitely hire them again!

Your team made everything seem effortless with all of their hard work. They arrived on time and the duration was exactly what was proposed to me. They took such great care in wrapping every piece of furniture and handling securely. Great team from the office staff to the movers!

This seems to be a good company and all employees I spoke with were friendly and helpful; however there were concerns: When I called to request a time change on my move I was informed that I was scheduled for an 'internal move,' instead of from one location to another. Fortunately this was updated before the move date. In addition, the computer was unable to process my credit card on-site therefore I paid in cash, however a few days later my credit card was billed. The office staff were quick to alleviate the problem and I was refunded the additional billing without delay. I felt at times the movers were intentionally loading slower than need-be, but I am not complaining because they have a difficult job and I was very thankful to get my things moved. Thank you Two Men and A Truck.

We are very grateful for Two Men & A Truck donating moving services for our recent fundraising gala. Transporting items for our silent auction, as well as the many things needed to hold a major event such as ours, required significant "man power" which your team of movers proficiently provided for us. One observation: we had some auction items that were appliances and while they were sufficiently wrapped to protect them during the move after the gala, before they were taken off the truck to be returned to our location, the protection (plastic wrap and/or blankets) were removed in the truck BEFORE bringing inside. That protection should have been remained on the items and removed AFTER the items were placed at their final destination. Luckily, we did not see any scratches or dents.
