My only complaint is that I called the office multiple times to tell them we were moving within the building and when the team got there they said they didn’t know and had to spend 45 min then driving back to their office to get another dolly and we still were charged for the full time they were there.

We apologize Makenzie, but wanted to let you know that we checked the gps and you were not charged for this time. The guys came back by the office because you couldn't get in your apartment until later in the morning, so the driver made sure not to include that time in your bill. Johnathan was fantastic! Very personable and a great communicator. The other mover didn’t introduce himself so I don’t know his name but he was great also, And they seemed to work well as a team. Would definitely use again .

Tyler and gator from the charleston branch loaded, drove to columbia (which is 100+ miles away) and unloaded the contents into a single 10x12 storage unit in one day!! They demonstrated great care and handling of our possessions the entire time! Them fitting all of it in one unit saved me a significant amount of money. For that, I am very grateful. Tyler and Gator are awesome! GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!!!

Will absolutely use again! Thank you to the team! Especially our movers Clayton & Isaiah who arrived early, banged out the move in 2 hours and brought fun and laughter while doing it! It was smooth, reasonably priced, and easy from start to finish! 10 stars!

Everything was cool, the part that was a little off was the drive time. I understand that part is variable but to go from $277 to $416, that was a big jump. A more accurate estimate would make things alot clearer
