I was very pleased with the entire experience. Office staff and moving team were very professional and polite. The moving team worked continuously the entire time. A job well done.

I’m still waiting for my damaged couch to be taken care of. It’s kind of been a black hole of communication.

Christine are you there? Renaldo said you all would take care of it and contact me when someone could come by to pick up the couch legs. Hoping you all make good on your promise. Thanks!

Kristian and Frank M were awesome. Very friendly and careful. Overall did a great job !! Definitely recommend them.

Team were fast and efficient. Two Men maybe a tiny bit more per hour but having used the cheaper folks in the past I actually saved on this move they were so quick.

Movers did OK except for a few things. The team showed up an hour late (team lead told me he overslept).
They took 60 minutes to drive the 10 minutes from location A to location B on my local move. The driver told me they stopped to get something to eat but I was billed for this time (total move including this meal time took only 4 hours). We verified the back of the truck was empty. Two days later after dicovering something was missing we called the office. It took 24 hours but they confirmed the team had left our stuff in th cab of the truck. It was eventually delivered to us. So on a 3 to 4 hour move I was billed for a meal time for the team. If they showed up on time they would have been done before lunch. This is unprofessional and wrong.

Guys were polite. Ended up taking HOURS longer than I was initially quoted and if myself and my family didn’t help unload the truck at the end, it would have taken even longer. Paid a lot more than I anticipated.
PLUS ****i have not been contacted by anyone to come out and fix the damage to my call that they caused***. When will I be hearing from someone about that?

A nightmare of an experience! Took 15 1/2 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment and 9x9 storage shed. They crushed my grandmothers antique table, broke the leg on another table, dropped a box of stemware, bent a lamp, ripped a lamp shade on another lamp, shattered a plaster mask and dinged the walls in my new house. I was told there would be 3 people for the move but there was only 2. One showed up very sick and shouldn’t have been working. I made a suggestion that the storage shed be loaded first, just a suggestion, since they’d be accessing the new house through the garage. The supervisor showed up and was rude and blamed me for the way the truck was loaded. They showed up with no tools to disassemble my dining room table and couldn’t figure out how to reassemble it. Time I’m to pay for.

The men arrived on time and got right to work. Having much experience with moving (military), I know how the system works. I know time is of the essence. The two guys kept trying to engage me in conversation to extend the time and take the focus off the task at hand. I did not ask for or appreciate having to constantly and politely tell them that I didn’t need their help with furniture placement and arrangement. The heaviest furniture item I had was my dresser. I watched in horror as one of the guys was moving my dresser from the truck, clipped the curb and almost had the dresser fall on top of him. The dresser had a minor scratch on the bottom. However, he failed to mention the incident to me. It should not have taken as long as it did! More like 2 Toddlers and a Truck.

The moving team who we called "D" and "J" were very courteous and worked very hard. The BIG issue I had is they left 3 large scratches in the wood flooring and I had to remind them not to drag the furniture across the floor when preparing to move it. This was really disappointing and now we will have to call in someone to repair which will most likely cost as much as the move itself. I would recommend 2 Men and a Truck but with conditions

The moving crew kept joking around became a competition on who could carry more or who could carry the most weight alone . They removed screws from things and never recovered them. Missing shelves, items were found to be damaged or scratched . Found a chunk of wood missing from one piece of furniture. Gouging in others. Items were put together incorrectly with no screws that they removed to take apart. It was late in the day by the time they were leaving so it was partial my fault not being more thorough. A tip was given due to then waiting so long to be able to unload. However if I had inspected better, no tip would have been given . The driver , the one who did paper work was clearly more professional but the other 2 were not. I would not recommend this same crew.
