The cost and difference between using moving pads to pack or wrapping was not explained well at all and ended up costing me a little more and a bit of time and inconvenience. There was a glass window broken in a china cabinet and that was totally unnecessary as the cabinet had already been wrapped and I asked them to unwrap and re-do it because the glass shelves and side glass was removable. I signed a waiver but your company really should have offered to pay for the replacement. Fortunately it is rectangular and plain, not etched, engraved, or beveled. This will still be a pain for me to get a glass company to cut it and then I have to install it myself. The crew apologized but should have taken responsibility.

In a few weeks when I am ready to move many of the times back into my house I will use more diligence upfront in the parameters of your agreement.

The two men who moved our things were fabulous. I couldn’t have asked for an easier move.

First I must say everything went fine until after the 2 men left and the draw to my desk was missing. Until I went through all my packing I didn't want to let you know that in the drawer that is missing was my passport. Please don't tell me that it was there when the men left because it wasn't and Skylar knows it wasn't because he's the one who emptied the drawer. What he did with it I don't know but I can tell you that I work for the Dept of State in the Passport Section and this incident has been reported to our Diplomatic Security Dept and your workers will be hearing from them soon. In the mean time I suggest you question them again to find out where the drawer and passport are. I will be reporting this incident to the police as well because the passport has all my information on it. Oh and by the way, my expired passport was in that drawer as well. I don't want to believe because I didn't tip them. Actually, I didn't know I was supposed to until my friends, who used your company and had excellent service, told me I should have. That's still no reason to take something that doesn't belong to them.

Skyler and Jesse were great. We will be asking for them again next month.

The set up staff was easy to talk with and the two gentlemen who were there were great. They worked hard and did a great job

The moving crew were very professional very careful when moving the furniture.

The movers were incredible. All three were polite, professional, patient and experienced. I’ve recommended them to friends already!

Joseph, Roosevelt and Malcom (sorry if I got the spelling wrong) were an awesome team. They were polite, patient, meticulous, super hard-working, flexible, responsive, and careful about my furniture and my walls. It was clear that they took pride in their work. I could not have asked for a better team and I would definitely ask for the same team again if the need arises. I can't recommend them highly enough.
