I’ve used this company many times and feel like this time I was over charged and cheated. The website sucks putting items on. Because of that I think I was charged for things that weren’t the exact items. The movers were great, awesome personalities and made me feel very comfortable. I will use this company again in the future based of the customer service of the movers.

my moving team of neil and steve were great! they were very efficient from the moment they arrived and moved me in record time! very professional and friendly. The office team was ok. they gave me the wrong arrival time. the tone could be much better. could be more professional

Management would not provide 3 people like they did last time. I provided the request and was told in writing they would be at my place by 8:00am. I have sent it to Lisa Ebling to show her what she sent to me. When the two great guys came to make the move and saw that there was a need for a third, they were denied. They also did not get there until before 10.

We recommended three men because we thought that to be the most efficient way to conduct the move. At your request, we booked the move with two men and one truck with an arrival window between 8-10am, which is standard for all of our morning moves. Trail and Daniel were my moving team - truly they were brilliant. Efficient, friendly and on time all round. I have never used a moving company before (except Dolly) and I think I’ve been spoiled. They took time to explain the process as they worked and so much care with all my belongings. Trail is clearly a super leader and they both worked really well as a team. Thank you!

They guys were very polite and worked fast yet carefully! It was done faster than we ever could've done it ourselves and in less time than we were quoted. The price was well worth the experience we received. We would use them again and definitely recommend the company to others!

This move was a real mixed bag. First the people went out of their way to fit the move into a busy schedule. The guys tried hard and were nice but they did not get there till 630 pm and were tired. I ended up having to complete my own move. 1) please communicate if you are going to be late 2) don’t take work if you can’t do it right.
