I sent an email regarding how completely unhappy I was with your service and have not had anyone reach out to me. I also have not heard back from you regarding the Property damage you need to fix. I have almost 1 million followers on Instagram. I will be letting them know about the horrible service I received from you.

Candea, We apologize there was damage to your property but are happy to hear from our initial follow up call that you thought the move went well. We would like to see what we can do with the damage to your property. Our Administration and Compliance manager tried to reach you by email and he also left a voicemail. Tim and John were FANTASTIC. We moved from Phoenixville to Mansfield, and despite the long day and long drive, they were professional, efficient, careful, fun, and great to work with. We so appreciate how hard they worked to get us moved, and still kept in great spirits all the while. I hope to never move again, but if I do, I will know who to call!

WOW- just WOW. From the first phone call. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The ladies went above and beyond every time we spoke about the move. The gentlemen who moved us were like guardian angels. Portia helped me plan the move and was wise, funny and friendly. She would ask me... "what about lamps?". I would reply "Oh, yes I need lamps!". Thank goodness I talked to her. Steve and Sean were our movers. THEY WERE AMAZING!!!!!! So friendly, hard working, communicated the whole trip and made the move so easy! Great People!
