I didn't give a rating of excellent because of some carelessness. Going up the truck ramp, a large tool box tipped over because drawers had not been secured and the tool box wheels not properly aligned to go up the ramp. The box was damaged and the contents messed up.
The leader of the three men was a friendly guy but a little pushy in wanting me to give them a great reference and a large tip. I did tip them $100 each, because they moved extra stuff. Thank you.

This change of location was the most regrettable one I’ve ever experienced.those movers were very unprofessional,they weren’t care about my furniture.they broke my dresser mirror leg and dining table chair leg which I’ve noticed after I reported one of them who insulted me in front of my 13 years old daughter at the new place .He told me that house he moved me from is full of trash...He flagged me.He tried to look me down.they were 3.Anthony,driver.Erick and Bryan.ITS UGLY!!

Movers were friendly but broke one of my TVs. Office staff will not return calls. I was told my information would be given to a manager and I would receive a call back, but I have not. Would not recommend for this purpose.

Give all excellent however I am missing a picture and I am still waiting on management to call me back. Unacceptable. Very upset about what is missing and if something is not done to help the situation I will not be recommending you as movers to my friends/ family.

My moving experience was very disappointing. The movers were very rough handling the boxes and furniture. One of the movers was very friendly, the other - had a disposition that worsened as the day moved on, as if I was frustrating him for having to move. Several of my items were damaged during the move as well.

We moved from PA to SC. 3 guys packed the truck, Tray, Mike and Andrew. Tray was the driver and was the most experienced of the 3. He was very knowledgeable and communicated with us throughout the process. He was excellent and provided leadership to the other guys. Mike was also friendly and outstanding. Both hustled and worked hard. Andrew kind of worked on his own and occassionally popped up. Tray and Mike delivered our truck to SC and we really hustled to unload. These 2 guys were and are very professional and personable. I enjoyed working with them and talking with them. It was like having friends help you move. Great experience. My wife and I are very satisfied.
