I was satisfied with two men in a truck, but had damage to the leaf of my dining room table. The workers were very courteous and very polite. I would recommend your company to anyone who needs your services.

The movers were very friendly and they were quick getting things out. The only unfortunate thing was that our headboard broke and one mover stepped on a shelf on accident while moving a couch and got damaged. Overall, they were good and got the job done in time.

Overall, everything went pretty well. Yes, there are dings in furniture and on walls that were not there before the move but that is to be expected. However, at this point I am unable to assemble one of my beds because the screws are missing; I imagine they are somewhere on the truck. I've called the office twice, but have not received a response.
After reading other reviews, I get the impression that the office team does a great job when they are arranging your move, but it is difficult to get a response if there are problems during or after a move.
I'd really appreciate a response because the missing screws are nearly impossible to replace and will likely have to get a new headboard and footboard.

Supposed to have three movers and only had two. Little care was given to our items and residences. Holes in walls and scratches to our brand new floors. Muddy boots across brand new carpets. Items damaged in transit and some pieces of disassembled furniture missing so can only assume they were broken and thrown away without informing us. Poor communication from office - multiple phone calls without response on moving day and after reporting damages. Really disappointed as we had a positive experience before but this time was very poor. Would not recommend again. Were promised compensation for damages and no communication following up. Really upsetting to have your brand new home damaged as you’re moving in by the moving company.

Over and hour late for both pickup and drop off. Office staff never picks up a phone and takes hours or days to call back if they bother at all. Movers let my cat out (still can’t find her ) items were damaged, the bolts to all our furniture were lost so we had to wait an extra day to have beds and tables put back together.

Olivia & Eileen were very helpful and explained the process well. Chris, Tamir & Amad were courteous and respectful; went over the entire house to see the contents to move. I asked about protecting the furniture as I had kept quilts to cover the furniture. He said it would be shrink wrapped and that pads were on the truck. Obviously, they didn't use them the padding!! A chest of drawers, desk, dining room hutch, dry sink were significantly damaged; king mattress not protected in any way and was dirty. After leaving, both bed frames had to be taken apart & reassembled & missing bolts that we found at our old house. We are disappointed as we used this company before with no problems & excellent care. They did not live up to you motto of "Movers who Care!" Still waiting to hear about repairs.

I was shocked and generally still contemplating contacting BBB. There was such poor communication between front office and movers along with complete deception on pricing. Out of the 3 movers one was excellent (driver) who did 90% of the job. Both moving in and moving out you can see they got tired and just left items for me to move - really disgraceful. On my moving in day it was obvious 2 of the mover just had enough stopped working and left items along with damage. I was quoted one price and then was issues with a second bill on my moving day. There was never any communication on 2 bills. I refused to pay the second bill which was deeply concerning. The manager I spoke to was very rude and unprofessional. I have moved several times and never experienced anything like this.

Chair fell off the back of the moving truck. Was offered a discount of 1.5 hours off the move from the mover. Name and contact information of manager was withheld from me and I was told by the mover “I can’t give that to you”. Took 2 weeks and multiple phone calls with several people to get it resolved. We were given the run around by everyone we spoke with. Took the threat of contacting our credit card company and retaining an attorney to resolve the very simple matter of replacing a $225 chair. Very unhappy with our overall experience. Mover told me “you weren’t nasty about the damage so I’m trying to help you out” extremely unprofessional.

Everything went well. I was a little disappointed that they chipped my painted stairs when delivering furniture. Only one man carrying item. If two men had carried item up this could have been prevented.

I have been contacted regarding this before, I am very disappointed with the movers from my job. Lots of damage to my initial property which I had to fix. The items moved were also damaged here and there.. overall just a poor experience.
