Once the movers arrived, all went well. I received a call at 8:06 that they were on their way. When I reminded them that no one would be at first stop until 9:00 they said that would be fine. I waited at the first stop from 8:45-10:35 for the truck to finally show up. I was buying an armoire from someone and was fortunate they could wait me out. This did not reflect well on you and angered me

The office agent mixed up my time for the move, but was very considerate. After they called me back 3 times - I didn't have to call them even once - they switched me with someone else (same day) and didn't charge me extra. I was expecting two people with the truck to help me move, but there were three. It took about 3 hours and 10 minutes, but they clocked me at 3 hours.

I was really Surprised!! These Guys were Great and very Professional. And to see them wrap the Furniture MG! They were Fast and very EFFICIENT.
Never new they did this.
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK I would Definitely use you again. And tell others who ask if I know a professional Moving Co!!

This moving service was good. The movers were on time, polite, and efficient. One of the office staff called during the move to see how things were going, and it turned out a table leg did get damaged in the move. They immediately had it assessed, took it back to the shop, and were able to fix it. My move was over a weekend, so I got my table back after the weekend and it looks great.

I sen2 men and a truck to my parent's house while I was across the country unable to monitor things which was a little scary. They are elderly and ill at the moment so I needed a reliable service to move their things to another state without any oversight and unload at a shipping company. So many things could have gone wrong but didn't. They were professional, on time and kind. I am sincerely grateful.

Office staff was professional and accommodating. The movers were very courteous. Excellent soft skills by all staff. However: 1. I asked if I had to remove articles from my dressers drawers or will the movers wrap the dressers. The email response was, "Yes, the dressers will be padded and wrapped to secure. We do ask all loose items are removed." Well, the dressers were not wrapped and I saw the movers shutting the open drawers of one of my dressers before it was loaded on the truck. 2. I assumed my bed would be placed in a bed bag before that is what a previous professional moving company did for me without asking or changing extra for this service. Your movers did not use a bed bag. When I asked the mover about the bed bag he told me that I needed to request that and that it was an extra charge. He told me not to worry. HOWEVER, my mattress cover was filthy when it was bought in to the new address!

Tim and the other man were friendly and courteous throughout the move. Did a great job and would definitely hire them again.

Top notch! The guys were professional, quick and caring with our belongings. They moved our belongings, broke down and set up the beds and dressers without any issues. I would be using Two Men and a Truck for any and every move in our future. I am recommending this company to all my family and friends as well.
